We are sensitive to the needs and requirements of all our customers.
There is level access to the venue via our entrance on Little Newport Street.
There are lifts throughout the Hippodrome building that provide access to all facilities within the casino including to the toilets on each floor..
We have an infra-red Sennheiser hearing system in the theatre. ‘Necklaces’ are available to create personal induction loops for hearing aid users. These can be collected from the theatre operations team.
Customers that have difficulty standing or queuing for any length of time are welcome to have early access to the venue and seating can be provided, even for standing shows.
The Rooftop Bar can be accessed via LIFTS 2 & 3 which are clearly signed and serve all floors. Please ask any member of staff for directions.
Chop Chop is wheelchair accessible. It is on the lower ground floor and accessible via LIFTS 2 & 3, with a ramp at the main entrance into the restaurant.
Archive & Myth is wheelchair accessible and can be found on the lower ground floor. It is accessible by LIFTS 2 & 3, via Chop Chop.
The Hippodrome Casino works alongside Nimbus Disability to offer the Access Card. This enables us to provide the support you may need in a quick and discreet manner.

We welcome assistance dogs, as defined by the Equality Act 2010, who can provide support to their owners in what is likely to be a busy, crowded, and loud environment.
If possible it is recommended that you email [email protected] in advance of your visit as the team will be able to answer your questions and let you know about special effects or anything unusual that might affect your dog whilst in the venue.
