Eat Free on your Birthday

Promotion Outline:

• Heliot Steak House offers a complimentary three-course meal and glass of champagne/prosecco to all guests dining in the restaurant on their birthday.
• The guest’s Date of Birth (DOB) and dining experience must be on the same day.
• To be eligible for this offer, the participant must be accompanied by at least one other party member that orders a minimum of one main course.

Terms & Conditions:

1. All participating members of the party must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible for the promotion. A valid photo ID is required on arrival for entry to The Hippodrome Casino.
2. This promotion is open to all visitors of the Heliot Steak House. Membership to the Hippodrome Casino Ltd is not required to participate in the promotion.
3. This offer is available to both advanced bookings, and walk-in visits.
4. Diner must show a valid photo I.D as proof of DOB on arrival to the restaurant to qualify for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in the guest being charged at full price.
5. Advance bookings must be made of a table of two or more members of a party.
6. The complimentary meal is exclusive to guests celebrating their birthday; all other members of the party must pay in full.
7. To redeem this offer, bookings must take place between 5-10pm Sunday to Thursday, & 5-11pm Friday & Saturday.
8. Guests must be on time for the booking; the table will be held for 15 minutes until given away for other parties. All members of the party must be present before seating.
9. The offer will follow a three-course special menu.
   a) Courses cannot be substituted for other dishes from any other Heliot menus (including, but not limited to, A La Carte, Brunch, Late-Night, Dessert, and theatre menus).
   b) The participant should make the Heliot team aware of any specific dietary requirements or allergies a minimum of 24 hours in advance of their visit to accommodate their needs.
10. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer provided by the Heliot Steak House.
11. Heliot Steak House management reserve the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
12. This offer applies to those dining in the Heliot Steak House restaurant only. The discount does not apply to any other restaurant, or bar, that serves food in The Hippodrome Casino.
13. Reservations subject to availability.
14. Heliot Steak House management reserve the right to refuse service of participating guests provided a legitimate reason is given. This includes, but is not limited to, aggressive behaviour, intoxication, threats towards staff/ other customers, or non-compliant dress code.

General:

• If participants fail to follow the rules of the promotion or there is, at the Hippodrome’s sole discretion, a health and safety risk, the promotion will be cancelled.
• Save where liability cannot be limited as a matter of applicable law, The Hippodrome shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or liability arising from this promotion.
• The Hippodrome reserves the right to exclude any entry where the participant is subject to a barring, suspension, or self-exclusion.
• The Hippodrome reserves the right to exclude any participants which it considers fraudulent or based on misconduct.
• Employees of The Hippodrome Casino are not eligible to register or participate in the promotion.
• Personal Data: All personal data provided by participants will be handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Hippodrome Casino Ltd will ensure appropriate measures are in place to protect participants’ data and will not share personal data with third parties without consent.
