Hippodrome Rewards Terms & Conditions

1. REGISTRATION
1.1. Membership of the Hippodrome Rewards Programme (the “Programme”) is free. Participation and registration into the Programme is not compulsory or automatic.
1.2. It is the customer’s responsibility to request to join the Programme. Membership of the Programme is for individual customers only.
1.3. Only one membership of the Programme per customer is permitted. Customers electing to register for membership of the Programme must provide the requisite valid identification documentation and information for the membership level, to be recorded on the Hippodrome Rewards customer management system, as set out below:-

1.4. Registration for H Club is available exclusively through the Hippodrome Member App. The terms and conditions of the Hippodrome Member App are available here. Registration for higher membership levels must be completed in person at any Welcome Desk
1.5. By registering to the Programme customers will be asked which promotions they wish to receive marketing materials for and by which format including but not restricted to, email, mail, mobile phone, SMS, and telephone. The Hippodrome Rewards Newsletter terms and conditions are available here.
1.6. Customers can opt out of receiving marketing, or contact through specific methods such as email, mail, mobile phone, SMS, and telephone by visiting any Welcome Desk to update preferences at any time.
1.7. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify The Hippodrome of any changes to their personal details including, but not limited to, their change of name, address and marketing preferences.
1.8. The Hippodrome will on occasion request further identification documentation where any existing identification held has expired to ensure compliance with regulations, or to upgrade from H Club to a higher membership level.
1.9. The details of all members of the Programme are kept in files administered by: The Data Controller, Hippodrome Casino Limited, Cranbourn Street, Leicester Square, London, WC2H 7JH and will be used for the purposes of the Hippodrome Rewards only.
1.10. Customers can opt out of the Programme at their written request. Any rewards points or membership benefits remaining unclaimed will be forfeited.
1.11. Any opted-out customers re-joining the Programme will not be permitted to reinstate any previously accrued rewards points at the time of opt out. No rewards points or membership level credits will be earned on any reward transaction during periods of opt-out.
1.12. In the event of customer bankruptcy or insolvency, membership of the Programme will be suspended, and any outstanding rewards points balance will be forfeited.
1.13. In the event of death, Programme membership will be cancelled, and any outstanding rewards points balance will be forfeited.
1.14. In the event of outstanding monies owed to The Hippodrome by the customer, the Programme benefits may be suspended pending payment of the outstanding debt.
1.15. Hippodrome Rewards reserves the right to deny or withdraw any participation in the Programme or decline a customer’s application.
1.16. Hippodrome Rewards reserves the right to modify or cancel the Programme at any time, for any reason.
1.17. No correspondence will be entered into regarding either the Programme or these terms and conditions. All decisions regarding these terms and conditions lie solely with The Hippodrome, whose decisions are final and binding.
2. PROHIBITED REGISTRATIONS
2.1. Customers under 18 years of age cannot register or participate in the Programme.
2.2. Customers who voluntary self-exclude or who are excluded from The Hippodrome, are not eligible to register or participate in the Programme.
2.3. Registered customers who voluntary self-exclude or who are excluded, suspended or barred from The Hippodrome will have their Programme membership level, membership level credits, rewards benefits and available rewards points balance cancelled.
2.4. Customers who self-exclude through SENSE (operated by The Betting and Gaming Council) are not eligible to register or participate in the Programme. Any existing rewards points balance and membership benefits will be cancelled.
2.5. Employees of The Hippodrome are not eligible to register or participate in the Programme.
3. CUSTOMER DATA
3.1. Use of customer’s data is subject to the Hippodrome Rewards privacy policy. The customer’s use of The Hippodrome website is subject to The Hippodrome’s website terms and conditions which can be found here. Customer’s use of the Hippodrome Rewards Member Application is subject to The Hippodrome’s Member Application terms and conditions which can be found here.
4. PRE-REGISTRATION
4.1. Hippodrome Rewards may offer facilities for customers to pre-register some of their details remotely in advance for membership levels other than H Club, which is available exclusively through the Hippodrome Member App.
4.2. Completing a pre-registration does not guarantee acceptance into the Programme.
4.3. Pre-registration data provided must be accurate and true to the best of the customer’s knowledge.
4.4. Unused pre-registration data will be automatically destroyed after 6 months.
5. EARNING REWARDS POINTS
5.1. The Hippodrome Rewards Programme has been risk assessed in line with the industry code and Gambling Commission guidance to ensure that:
5.1.1. Incentivisation methods do not encourage risk behaviours such as chasing losses, excessive time or money spent gambling, or accelerating frequency of gambling.
5.1.2. The timing of incentives is not linked to periods of excessive play or significant losses, in proportion to the customer’s affordability of spend.
5.1.3. Information held on individual customer’s habits and preferences will be used for responsible incentivisation, which is only conducted alongside appropriate consumer protections.
5.1.4. Incentives are proportionate to a customer’s spending pattern and consistent with affordability and vulnerability assessment.
5.1.5. Tiered or structured incentive schemes are not promoted to customers in a manner which results in individuals gambling excessively to obtain (or retain) a grade or status of HVC (High Value Customer) which is unsustainable.
5.1.6. Where necessary, an interaction may take place to assess affordability where documentation may be required to support the level of gambling before any further benefits are awarded.
5.2. Rewards points are awarded subject to system availability.
5.3. Customers must produce their Hippodrome Rewards card at the time of visit to earn rewards points and membership level credits where applicable.
5.4. Rewards points and membership level credits will not be earned through any spend on show or theatre tickets and the Programme does not provide any discount to any show or theatre event.
5.5. For membership levels other than H Club, customers may earn rewards points and membership level credits at the gaming tables by handing their Hippodrome Rewards card to the dealer when joining a game. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they hand their Hippodrome Rewards card to the dealer when playing table games.
5.6. Rewards points, for membership levels other than H Club, can be accrued on customer’s tracked table play on the gaming tables and are calculated at Hippodrome Rewards sole discretion. Rewards points may be calculated on the basis of actual play and/or on the basis of the customer’s average bet, the length of time the customer plays and the games played. Hippodrome Rewards will endeavour to track customer play as accurately as possible but accepts no liability for any errors however so caused. Hippodrome Rewards decision regarding rewards points awarded will be final.
5.7. For membership levels other than H Club, customers may earn rewards points and membership level credits for electronic gaming, by inserting their Hippodrome Rewards card into the card reader prior to gambling and remain for the duration of play. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the card is inserted correctly in the machine.
5.8. If applicable, rewards points and membership level credits will be earned by tables and electronic gaming play, not from buying in and cashing out.
5.9. Rewards points will automatically expire if an account is dormant for 183 days. Hippodrome Rewards cards must be presented on each visit to validate and record the customer’s activity to avoid expiration of rewards points. Customers should present their Hippodrome Rewards card when spending in any food or beverage outlet.
5.10. Expired rewards points cannot be reclaimed.
5.11. Hippodrome Rewards reserves the right to vary the level of rewards points awarded at its sole discretion. In exercising this right Hippodrome Rewards shall procure (where rewards points are directly or indirectly connected to gaming) that:
5.11.1. Accrual and redemption shall be proportionate to a customer’s play over a period of time. Every £1 spent on food and/or beverage totals 2 rewards points.
5.11.2. Accrual and redemption is not dependent on a customer gambling for a pre-determined length of time or frequency.
5.11.3. Accrual and redemption does not give greater value to rewards points accrued over a shorter period of time.
5.11.4. Any increase in rewards points linked to spend is proportionate.
5.11.5. Any accrual or redemption connected to ancillary benefits (e.g. subsidised travel or accommodation) is not directly related to the customer’s level of gaming.
5.12. All membership tiers, other than H Club, will earn rewards points and membership level credits, at the same rate.
5.13. In the event of a dispute; Hippodrome Rewards’ decision will be final and binding.
5.14. Rewards points and membership level credits cannot be added retrospectively.
5.15. Hippodrome Rewards reserves the right to adjust a rewards points account due to computer error, machine malfunction, operator error, fraud, or other misuse.
5.16. Prize draw rewards points will be credited to a customer’s account. Each prize draw will have specific terms and conditions available at any Welcome Desk, for the duration of the promotion.
5.17. Rewards points can only be earned and redeemed at The Hippodrome.
5.18. The benefits of the Programme are intended for the sole use of the customer registered as the account holder.
5.19. Rewards points cannot be earned or redeemed whilst the customer is in breach of the Programme’s terms and conditions.
5.20. Hippodrome Rewards reserves the right to suspend or cancel rewards points if it is found that the customer is in breach of its terms and conditions.
5.21. Hippodrome Rewards reserves the right to suspend the right to redeem rewards points or use membership benefits if the customer has an outstanding debt.
5.22. All benefits and rewards are subject to availability.
5.23. Rewards points and membership benefits are non-transferable.
5.24. At its sole discretion, Hippodrome Rewards may separately reward selected customers money, goods, services, or other advantage proportionate to the type and level of their gambling.
6. REWARDS POINTS REDEMPTION
6.1. Customers can redeem their rewards points for Food, Beverage and Merchandise, subject to availability. Membership levels other than H Club are permitted to redeem their rewards points for Table Gaming and Electronics Gaming.
6.2. A customer’s identity must be verified prior to making any redemption.
6.3. Rewards points cannot be exchanged or transferred for cash.
6.4. Hippodrome Rewards reserves the right to refuse a rewards points redemption whilst the account is under investigation.
6.5. Merchandise orders may take up to 28 days to be delivered.
6.6. Customers must have sufficient rewards points available in their account to make redemptions. Once the order is confirmed, the relevant number of rewards points will be immediately deducted from the customer’s balance.
6.7. Refunds or exchanges are at the sole discretion of Hippodrome Rewards.
6.8. Opened or damaged items will not be refunded or exchanged.
6.9. Orders for merchandise must be placed at any Welcome Desk.
6.10. Hippodrome Rewards reserves the right to amend or change Programme redemptions at anytime.
6.11. Any rewards points that are redeemed and are subsequently lost is the sole responsibility of the customer.
6.12. For membership levels other than H Club, rewards points may be exchanged for Freeplay/Slots redemption tickets eligible for play on participating slots or electronic gaming machines, limited to 50,000 rewards points, equivalent to £500, per gaming day.
6.13. Should a Freeplay/Slots redemption ticket become defaced or lost, it cannot be replaced.
6.14. Hippodrome Rewards cannot be held responsible for, or have any liability for, third party products and services.
7. SUPER ODDS GAMING CHIP
7.1. For membership levels other than H Club, rewards points may be exchanged for a Super Odds Gaming Chip.
7.2. When a Super Odds Gaming chip wins it is paid at 100x the relevant multiple.
7.3. Gaming staff will determine the maximum and minimum Super Odds Gaming chip stakes in accordance with the posted table limits.
7.4. Winning Super Odds Gaming chip bets will be paid with cash chips (or wheel chips on roulette) at the appropriate odds.
7.5. Super Odds Gaming chips can be used on any casino game with the exception of:
7.5.1. Casino War;
7.5.2. Betting Player and Banker simultaneously on Baccarat;
7.5.3. Even Chance bets on Roulette;
7.5.4. Where the full value of the chip is not used for an individual wager;
7.5.5. In cash or competition games related to the poker deck; or
7.6. Super Odds Gaming chips cannot be used for payment for any food, beverage or entertainment in any Hippodrome Casino outlet and can only be exchanged at the Cash Desks for their nominal face value.
7.7. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Hippodrome Casino is final.
7.8. The Hippodrome Casino reserves the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate the Super Odds Gaming chip promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever without notice to customers.
7.9. The Hippodrome Casino accepts no responsibility for chips lost or damaged/altered by the customer.
7.10. Super Odds Gaming chips are non-transferrable.
8. MEMBERSHIP LEVELS
8.1. The terms and conditions within this paragraph 8 apply to the following 4 levels in the Programme;
• Gold: 0 – 999 Membership level credits
• Diamond: 1,000 – 4,999 Membership level credits
• Platinum: 5,000 – 19,999 Membership level credits
• Black: 20,000+ Membership level credits
8.2. Membership level credits are earned within two periods:
• January 1st – June 30th
• July 1st – December 31st
8.3. Membership level credits will reset to 0 at the beginning of each period.
8.4. Membership level credits are not redeemable.
8.5. Membership level credits can be earned on all tracked slots, electronic machines and gaming tables. Membership level credits are awarded automatically by the Hippodrome Rewards customer management system based on average bet, length of time played, and the games played.
8.6. Accumulation of membership level credits does not include H Club or Tribune tiers, poker deck games or spend on food and beverage, and will not be part of any gaming promotions.
8.7. Customers will be upgraded immediately once they accrue the required number of membership level credits for the relevant tier. If they do not accrue the number of credits for their membership level in the following 6-month period, they will be downgraded at the end of the period according to the number of credits earned in that period.
8.8. Customers who are upgraded will see this in the Hippodrome Member App if registered; or notified when logging in at any live or electronics table, or at any Welcome Desk.
8.9. Customers can collect their new card at any Welcome Desk or download and register on the Hippodrome Member App. Hippodrome Rewards accounts will continue to earn rewards points and membership level credits at the customer’s prevailing Programme membership level.
8.10. When a customer is downgraded, they will continue to earn rewards points regardless of their membership tier.
8.11. Redemptions of membership tier benefits are based on the customer’s current membership level as stated on the Hippodrome Rewards’ customer management system which may not correspond with the card in the customer’s possession. Hippodrome Member App terms and conditions can be found here.
8.12. Hippodrome Rewards reserves the right to downgrade membership levels due to game malfunctions, error of inputting ratings, or any misuse. Hippodrome Rewards reserves the right to downgrade a customer due to misuse of benefits.
9. H CLUB TERMS & CONDITIONS
9.1. The terms and conditions within this paragraph 9 apply to H Club, which is a non-gaming membership level exclusively available through The Hippodrome Member App.
9.2. H Club membership cannot be used as a form of identification and is not a gaming card. Valid photo ID will be required from H Club members on entry into The Hippodrome Casino.
9.3. Rewards points will be awarded to H Club membership level customers but redemption is not permitted on any gaming products including, but not limited to;
9.3.1. Freeplay/Slots redemption tickets
9.3.2. Super Odds Gaming chips
9.3.3. Merchandise with a monetary value including Collectors £5 Gaming Chips.
9.4. Membership level credits and upgrades are not awarded to H Club members.
9.5. Cashless Wallet function is not available.
9.7. Registration
9.7.1. Pre-registration for H Club is available on the Hippodrome Member App
9.7.2. Membership of the Programme is for individual customers only, and enhanced duplicate memberships are not permitted.
9.8. Cancellation of H Club membership is permitted at any time by contacting Customer support.
9.9. H Club upgrade to Gold membership is subject to:
9.9.1. Uploading valid photographic identification and a self-portrait photo through the Hippodrome Member App;
9.9.2. Provide required requested information in the Hippodrome Member App, including but not limited to; address, nationality, and contact details.

10. HIGH VALUE CUSTOMER (HVC) REWARDS PROGRAMME ASSESSMENT
10.1. In order to be included in a High Value Customer Rewards Programme, a customer must first pass a number of checks which must then be performed on a regular, ongoing basis.
10.2. As a minimum these will include the following four key requirements, but will be reviewed over time as technology and understanding improves:
i. Customers must have passed checks to ensure spend is sustainable.
ii. Customers must have passed a safer gambling check, taking into account identified at-risk groups or demographics, to ensure that they do not show signs of problem gambling.
iii. There should be no negative information, available to The Hippodrome, on the customer which would make their inclusion inappropriate.
iv. Customers must have passed an enhanced Know Your Customer (KYC) check to be sure The Hippodrome has verified the customer’s identity, knows their occupation or profession, and has established where their income is generated from.
10.3. This is not to replace the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) positive Source of Funds check but to allow The Hippodrome to have an understanding of the customer’s financial standing.
10.4. Once a customer joins a High Value Customer Rewards Programme, they may receive the following additional benefits:
i. Invitation to hospitality, events, dinners, or other enhanced services.
ii. Named dedicated CR (Customer Relations) Manager.
iii. Individualised bonuses, benefits, or gifts.
11. LOYALTY BENEFIT REDEMPTIONS
11.1. The loyalty benefits available to customers will vary depending upon their level of membership.
11.2. A customer’s identity must be verified prior to making a redemption.
11.3. Hippodrome Rewards loyalty benefits are redeemable for the use of the account holder only. Membership benefits are not transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged for financial or personal gain. No alternatives will be offered.
11.4. Hippodrome Rewards loyalty benefits are awarded based on the customers current membership tier as stated on the Hippodrome Rewards customer management system, not the tier stated on the Hippodrome Rewards card in the customers possession if different.
11.5. To receive discounts for food and beverage in The Hippodrome, the customer must present their Hippodrome Rewards card or the membership card displayed within The Hippodrome Member App at time of purchase to receive the following discounts:
• H Club / Gold: 10%
• Diamond: 15%
• Platinum: 20%
• Black: 25%
• Tribune: 25%
11.6. Food and beverage discounts apply to the customer and up to 3 guests for H Club, Gold, Diamond, Platinum and Black card customers. Food and beverage discounts apply to the Tribune member and up to 7 guests.
11.7. Food and beverage discounts are not applied when paying for any items using Hippodrome Rewards points.
11.8. The discount does not apply to any tobacco items, Hippodrome merchandise, theatre tickets, or any rewards points redemptions.
11.9. Hippodrome Rewards reserves the right to exclude items from eligibility for redemption by rewards points or from the discount without notice.
11.10. Christmas and Birthday gifts are only available to Platinum and Black card holders who:
• Have downloaded and registered on the Hippodrome Member App
• Supplied a valid email address and opted in to receive Hippodrome Rewards marketing materials by emails
11.11. Black card holder gifts:
• Annual Birthday gift of 40,000 rewards points
• Annual Christmas gift of 20,000 rewards points
11.12. Platinum card holder gifts:
• Annual Birthday gift of 10,000 rewards points
• Annual Christmas gift of 5,000 rewards points
11.13. Customers eligible for the Annual Birthday gift will receive a QR code in the Hippodrome Member App, valid for the duration of their birthday month. The gift will expire when the birthday month has ended. The QR code, in the voucher tab on the Hippodrome Member App, must be shown at Cashdesk for the points to be added to the customers membership account.
11.14. Customers eligible for the Annual Christmas gift will receive the relevant rewards points through the Hippodrome Member App during December and will have until 31st December 00:00 to redeem the rewards points at Cashdesk.
11.15. If card holders are unable to download or register on the Hippodrome Member App, a member of the Hippodrome staff; including the Welcome Desks, Customer Relations and/or Customer Marketing can assist, otherwise:
11.15.1. Black and Platinum cards holders will be offered a complimentary amount of rewards points redeemable towards food, beverage, in-house show and/or in any of the Hippodrome’s hospitality outlets. The amount is subject to a positive comp bucket on the customer’s Hippodrome account. The comp bucket is automatically calculated by the Hippodrome’s Management System.
11.15.2. Hippodrome outlets include but limited to Heliot Steak House, Chop Chop at the Hippodrome, Rooftop, and in-house show.
11.15.3. In some cases, an alternative Seasonal gift may be offered which may include: Chinese New Year and/other special events.
11.15.4. Alternatives are not permitted without prior authorisation from the senior management team.
11.16. In-house birthday celebrations:
11.16.1. Does not apply to H Club
11.16.2. Customers must contact a Customer Relations Manager (CR) for reservations.
11.16.3. Subject to availability.
11.16.4. Must be booked within the birthday month.
11.16.5. Customers are obliged to pay any payment due outside of the contribution limit agreed with the CR.
11.16.6. Gifts are not transferable.
11.17. Complimentary parking is available at Hippodrome Rewards discretion. The offer is only open to customers who have transacted in The Hippodrome during the period of parking voucher validity. To receive complimentary parking, the redemption must be made at The Hippodrome Cashdesk on the day the parking voucher is requested. Voucher will be in the form of a validation stamp issued for Q-Park Chinatown car park only. Depending on the membership level, the customer will receive a voucher for the following discounted or complimentary parking:
• H Club / Gold: 20% pre-book online discount
• Diamond: up to 3 hours
• Platinum: up to 3 hours
• Black: up to 5 hours
• Tribune: up to 24 hours
11.13.1. Any payment due to Q-park due to overstaying, is the customer’s sole responsibility.
11.13.2. Nothing in these terms and conditions overrides the Q-Parks terms and conditions which are available here.
11.14. Black and Tribune card holders are eligible for a bi-annual shave/haircut/spa treatment. This can be booked through a CR to the value below:
• Black: up to £100
• Tribune: up to £150
11.14.1. Customers must provide at 7 least days notice to book treatments.
11.14.2. Customers must abide by the salon’s terms and conditions, which are sent on confirmation of the appointment.
11.14.3. Bookings are subject to availability.
12. FLIGHT REDEMPTIONS
12.1. Hippodrome Rewards offers customers at membership levels Platinum, Black and Tribune, reimbursement on flights when they are staying at selected Las Vegas properties or selected worldwide partner casinos as notified from time to time. Customers must present a receipt for air travel for a Hippodrome Rewards organised stay to their CR and will receive a maximum annual reimbursement up to the amounts below:
• Platinum: £200
• Black: £300
• Tribune: £500
12.2. Reimbursement for flights will be made in Super-Odds Gaming chips only.
12.3. Customers can only use this benefit once per calendar year.
12.4. Customers must stay at the designated hotels outlined by the host venue in order to claim their flight redemption, failure to do so will result in any claim to the flight reimbursement being rejected.
12.5. Customers must contact a CR to make a reservation and receive complimentary or discounted room rates.
12.6. Room night credits, food and beverage credits, transportation credits and show ticket credits may not to be substituted or exchanged.
12.7. Discounted room rates and room credit is at the discretion of the host venue.
12.8. The customer must abide by the terms and conditions of the host venue.
12.9. The Hippodrome will not be held responsible for any loss or injury which arises as a result of the customer taking up this membership benefit.
12.10. This membership benefit is subject to availability.
12.11. External partner offer.
13. SPORTING AND EXTERNAL EVENTS
13.1. Invitations to sporting and external events are solely at the discretion of Hippodrome Rewards and are subject to availability.
13.2. Tickets are for the intended customer registered as the account holder use only. Tickets are not transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged for financial or personal gain.
13.3. The Hippodrome does not accept any liability for any losses or injury sustained as a result of attending a sporting event or external event.
13.4. Customers must abide by the terms and conditions of the sporting event and the external venue.
14. MAGIC MIKE LIVE
14.1. Black and Tribune members have priority access to tickets for Magic Mike Live.
14.2. Tickets are subject to availability.
14.3. Preferential rates may be offered subject to availability.
14.4. Tickets will be withdrawn if the Customer does not hold a valid Hippodrome Rewards membership.
14.5. Magic Mike Live tickets are for the intended customer registered as the account holder use only. Tickets are not transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged for financial or personal gain.
15. USE OF PROGRAMME
15.1. Customers undertake:
15.1.1. To use the Programme for their own personal and private use and will not use the Programme for any commercial purpose.
15.1.2. Not to use the Programme for any fraudulent, criminal, or unlawful purpose.
15.1.3. Not to use the Programme for the transmission of any material which is defamatory, blasphemous, racist, offensive, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.
15.1.4. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, not to copy, modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, reformat, disclose, transmit, distribute, sell, license, or transfer the Programme or any Programme Content, either in whole or in part, in any way save as expressly provided for in these terms and conditions.
15.1.5. Not to infringe either The Hippodrome’s or any other person’s intellectual property rights, including copyright contained within the Programme and will not delete or amend any copyright or other proprietary notices which may appear therein.
15.1.6. Not to use the Programme in any way which The Hippodrome, in its absolute discretion, considers objectionable, injurious to its brand or reputation or is otherwise deemed unacceptable.
15.1.7. Not to use the Programme otherwise than in accordance with these terms and conditions.
15.1.8. To only use the Programme if they are 18 years old or older.
15.1.9. Not to share the Programme with anyone under the age of 18 years old.
15.1.10. Have not enrolled into SENSE or self-excluded from any casino within Great Britain.
15.1.11. That they are not excluded, suspended or barred from The Hippodrome.
16. LIABILITY
16.1. The Hippodrome makes no warranties or representations of any kind in relation to the Programme, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties or conditions of performance, completeness, suitability, safety, timeliness, accuracy, reliability, satisfactory quality and fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, except to the extent it is not possible by applicable law to exclude such things or to the extent such things are expressly contained in these terms and conditions.
16.2. The Hippodrome will not be liable for:
i. Any technical or access issue, failure, malfunction, or difficulty that might hinder or prevent a customer’s receipt of the Programme.
ii. Any event which may cause the Programme to be disrupted.
iii. Any inaccuracy or error within the Programme.
iv. Any virus, Trojan horse, worm or other malicious or corrupted computer code or data files which may be transmitted as part of the Programme.
16.3. The Hippodrome shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions for:
i. Loss of actual or anticipated profit.
ii. Losses caused by business interruption.
iii. Loss of goodwill or reputation.
iv. Any indirect, special, or consequential cost, expense loss or damage, even if such cost, expense loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the parties and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
16.4. The Hippodrome’s liability under or in connection with its provision of the Programme or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the provision of the Programme.
17. INDEMNITY
17.1. The customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Hippodrome from and against any and all losses, costs, expenses (including reasonable legal fees), claims, damages and liabilities incurred by The Hippodrome arising out of or in connection with any claim by a third party resulting from the customers use of the Programme or from any violation of these terms and conditions by the customer, save where caused by The Hippodrome’s negligence or breach of these terms and conditions by The Hippodrome.
18. MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
18.1. The Hippodrome reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Programme, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice.
18.2. To repair or maintain the Programme.
18.3. To update, upgrade or amend the Programme from time to time.
18.4. Due to the occurrence of any circumstances beyond The Hippodrome’s reasonable control.
18.5. Otherwise, at The Hippodrome’s sole discretion.
19. EXCLUSION
19.1. The Hippodrome reserves the right to refuse to register customers for the Programme at its sole and absolute discretion, without explanation
19.2. The Hippodrome reserves the right to suspend or terminate a customer from the Programme at its sole and absolute discretion, without explanation.
19.3. Any customers who has been suspended or terminated from the Programme will be removed from and refused access to the Hippodrome Casino premises
19.4. In the event that a customer who has been suspended or terminated from the programme enters the Hippodrome casino, any stakes and/or winnings will be forfeited and any losses will not be re-imbursed.
20. MISCELLANEOUS
20.1. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held for any reason to be ineffective or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of these terms and conditions or these terms and conditions as a whole.
20.2. No waiver by The Hippodrome shall be construed as a waiver of any proceeding or succeeding breach of any provision.
20.3. No one other than a party to these terms and conditions shall have rights under or in connection with them by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

21.1. With respect to any material contained in or accessible via the Programme, all copyright, trademarks, and all other intellectual property rights therein are either owned by The Hippodrome or by the owners of such rights who have licensed such rights to The Hippodrome for use in the Programme.
21.2. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and subject to the customer’s compliance with these terms and conditions, save for:

21.2.2. For the customers personal private use, no part of the Programme may be copied, stored, used, uploaded, transmitted, or distributed in any form or manner without the prior written consent of The Hippodrome, other than to the extent that such acts cannot be prohibited under applicable law.

22.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the customer and The Hippodrome submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in respect of any dispute arising under or in relation to them.
